Shipping Information
Order Processing
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote regions). Please note that customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the customer’s responsibility.
Our Return Commitment
We accept returns of unworn, unused merchandise in its original packaging within 15 days of delivery. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Custom-built bicycles and frames (including Cyclocross Frames and Mountain Frames)
- Personalized or special-order items
- Electronics components from Electric bikes
- Opened hygiene-related products (gloves, helmets, etc. from Clothing and Comfort categories)
Easy 3-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
- Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Body:
- Product Name and SKU/Item Number (if available)
- Reason for return
- Confirmation that the item is in original condition with all tags attached
- Your contact information
Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include this number with your return shipment to:

Step 3: Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card/PayPal)
- Processing Time: 5-10 business days after approval
- Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
Exchange Policy
For exchanges (size, color, or model changes):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate you’re requesting an exchange
- Specify the replacement item details
Note: Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
International Returns
For our global customers:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs documentation must clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
- Allow additional time for international shipping and processing
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Felt bicycle or component arrives damaged or defective:

- We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label if needed
- Expect expedited processing for warranty claims
