Our Return Commitment

We accept returns of unworn, unused merchandise in its original packaging within 15 days of delivery. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom-built bicycles and frames (including Cyclocross Frames and Mountain Frames)
  • Personalized or special-order items
  • Electronics components from Electric bikes
  • Opened hygiene-related products (gloves, helmets, etc. from Clothing and Comfort categories)

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include this number with your return shipment to:
